The book creeps forward, pace by page... I have okayed the first proofs, and await the second and final proofs. Then BINGO! Someone, somewhere, (well, New Plymouth, New Zealand's premier town to live apparently) presses a button and they will start rolling off the press.
Meanwhile, in America, a slightly differently formatted version (they have different paper sizes over there) is almost ready to roll as well.
